The business had assisted with the design and installation of a robot, capable of administering and tracking all prescriptions issued to patients.
Although, the costs of the robot did not qualify, eligible costs were identified in the time spent by the business and other contractors
THIS R&D was able to recover 29,105 with five hours of time with the client.
The key area of the claim was to quantify the technological uncertainties encountered in the installation of the robot and the subsequent software integrations. The latter are continuing to be tracked for the company’s next R&D submission in 2021.
